What is Hitotemari About Hitotemari

"Hitotemari" is a personal concierge service where one dedicated person walks with you all the way through — from small everyday troubles at home, to that "extra hand" you suddenly wish for on the business front line.

At home, we cover life's practical matters: tidying, shopping, consultations, IT support, and more.
On the business side, we handle app and system development, web direction, event operations, secretarial and business support, and more.
Drawing on experience working in healthcare settings, we also take on requests from healthcare professionals for support around their work.
The fields we cover are broad, but our attitude of care and reliability never changes.

Our main brand, facing clients directly. The name carries the idea at the heart of this service: "an extra hand, when you're in need."

A friendly, warm nickname. Rooted in the Japanese phrase for wanting even a cat's paw to help, it expresses closeness and warmth.

  • Specialized legal or tax work (we can introduce you to a trusted professional)
  • Hazardous work (working at heights, moving heavy objects, etc.)
  • Ongoing caregiving or nursing care
  • Any other act that would violate the law
